The 50% Iberico Breed Iberian Cebo Loin has a unique juiciness and flavor. It has been made by hand with natural casing and a curing process of approximately 6 months in our natural dryers in the Salamanca pastures. A natural marinade, with products and spices from the land and the magnificent Vera paprika, makes it have an exquisite and delicate flavor on the palate with the perfect infiltration of fat and all the necessary nutrients ideal for daily consumption. CONSERVATION AND EXPIRY: Locate it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight. Preferred consumption: 16 months. SHIPPING: Vacuum packed. WEIGHT: It is sold by half pieces of 0.600 grams, whole pieces of 1 kg and pieces between 1 kg and 1.2 kg.
