The sweet pepper from Spain is a sweet pepper, red in color, similar to peppers but much richer in flavor. Its scent is reminiscent of chili but its flavor is mild and slightly sweet, rated 2/10 on the chili scale. Its brick red color is used as a coloring in Spanish cuisine, but also in soups, sauces, marinades, stews, fish dishes. It is part of the composition of couscous broth, ratatouille, goulash, chorizo and even on your eggs.
