ATLANTIC FINE SALT 250G

Atlantic salt (from Spain) is harvested in the salt marshes after a long process of evaporation of sea water, under the double effect of the sun and the wind. The salt thus crystallized is simply dried and then ground, thus retaining its fragrance, flavor and all of its trace elements. Its color is natural, and it is neither refined nor processed.
