GRAY SALT OF GUERANDE 1KG

This salt is a product from southern Brittany, harvested by hand in the salt marshes of Guérande. It results from the evaporation of water from the ocean, under the influence of the sun and the wind. The manual operating technique has remained the same since antiquity: every evening the salt is "taken" by the salt worker in the "carnation". This salt is neither washed nor refined. It should be eaten gray.
