Espinaler sauce is the ideal condiment for all types of preserves, potatoes and olives. 

We have been manufacturing it since 1960 with the same recipe: a unique, exclusive and familiar formula.   It was born as the perfect complement to canned seafood, potato chips and olives. Today, Espinaler consumers confess that they use it for many other things: in salads, in cod esqueixada, in fried eggs, in gazpacho, in potato omelette, in Roman-style squid, in anchovies and even in black vermouth! 

And so, a long etcetera.   A unique sauce that many have tried to copy, without success, and that has become an icon throughout Catalonia.
