This vintage Champagne has all the qualities of a great wine! This ample and elegant vintage Champagne is marked by its freshness supported by notes of citrus fruits, white flowers, subtle aromas of tangy white fruits and a creamy bubble. The year 2015 was classified as a good vintage in Champagne and is characterized by mild temperatures and frequent rains. This vintage is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, of which 70% of the grapes come from grands crus. The five years of aging in the cellar made the bubbles very fine and allowed the aromas to gain in richness and intensity. A pleasure to share
