I'm Alicia, the founder of "EVE & JOY". The idea came to me in February 2020. I had known for a long time - I wanted to set up something of my own. I just didn't know exactly what that could be. My story is not very spectacular and relatively easy to explain. Unfortunately, several indoor plants have had to suffer in my apartment - an alternative was needed. In search of durable, real flowers, I came across dried flowers and fell head over heels in love. So the idea of starting my own business grew spontaneously - and became the founder of my little heart project. With the support of my family, I then put my plans into action and ventured into self-employment. I am there from morning to night with 100% passion, with the goal of constant growth in mind. We get our dried flowers from a small farmer in Italy. We are allowed to observe the entire process from planting to drying and order the flowers directly from him. There are no middlemen and everything goes to the farmer and his small team. We deliberately decided to get the flowers from Italy, we are happy to pay a little more for it and pass this fair price on to you.
We are totally behind sustainability, which is why dried flowers come in very handy. These do not require water! They last up to 7 years and longer than fresh flowers. It's normal for dried pampas grass to pill a bit, but that's not a problem! Simply shake out the pampas grass and spray with hairspray from a distance of about 15-20 cm. Preserved dried flowers last up to 2 years and longer. Please do not put the dried flowers in a damp room such as the garage or bathroom. Our beautiful dried flowers are perfect for a DIY bouquet,
Wreaths and to arrange alone.
