As a Drôme resident, it’s impossible to miss our Clairette de Die! It’s a naturally sparkling wine dating back 2000 years! and recognized as an appellation d'origine contrôlée since 1942. Its ancestral method of winemaking is unique and linked to the territory. We soak raisins in this Clairette de Die for 24 hours, then we mix them with dark chocolate to make a sparkling mouthful of pleasure and flavors!
