Chocolate Bar with homemade nougatine, organic - 80g

What could be more delicious than combining the softness of chocolate with the crunchiness of nougatine? Pure pleasure. Dark chocolate with 77% cocoa and homemade nougatine. We work the almonds the old-fashioned way, cooking them thoroughly to make them nice and crunchy. The sugar syrup is simply browned and then mixed with crushed almonds to make a nougatine that is as beautiful as it is delicious! Sprinkled on the dark chocolate bar... it's almost addictive! ;)
