PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil | TONDA IBLEA

DOP extra virgin olive oil obtained from a careful selection of Tonda Iblea olives, a typical variety of the Iblei Mountains, in South Eastern Sicily. The oil is cold extracted with technological systems without adding water during the transformation phase, making the oil full-bodied, fragrant and rich in polyphenols.
