THE FAGONE COMPANY is specialized in the production, sale and processing of the onion of Giarratana, which enjoys the slow food certification, a unique vegetable of its kind, very sweet and large, it can be eaten raw in salads, baked, fried, boiled and in many other ways. Being a seasonal onion and closely linked to the territory, the company has created a line of preserves that manage to maintain the authentic taste of the Giarratana onion so that it can be consumed all year round, both in counter jars and formats for catering. The company also has its own line of extra virgin olive oil, and a line of preserves created with Sicilian vegetables.
