Aislaby one of the main gardens of the Uva region, an emblematic and exceptional terroir for Sri Lankan teas. This black Ceylon tea with broken leaves is aromatic and powerful, with an incomparable length in the mouth. This aromatic tea, whose leaves are harvested from June to September, will transport you to the high-altitude gardens of Sri Lanka. This Ceylon tea of Broken grade (fragmented leaf) presents a very rich, persistent and powerfully structured aromatic palette. Aislaby is a tea garden founded in the 1920s in the Uva region. Its plantations are spread out around 1200m above sea level. Uva is located in the south-east of the island, and is the most famous tea-producing province. Its highly awarded teas are grown at medium and high altitudes, the most sought after by enthusiasts.
