We are You-Pi, we are located in Pouilly Les Nonains in the Loire (42) and we make artisanal French pasta based on local durum wheat semolina, with vegetables and herbs grown on our plantation or strictly selected in the shortest possible circuit. We dry our pasta at a low temperature and for a long time to preserve all the nutrients and the good taste of the ingredients. Here you will find our plain conchiglie, with just the good taste of durum wheat!
