Bal de Madre white wine

Bal de Madre Branco is a Portuguese white wine from the DOC Beira Interior region. First, the fresh grapes are picked by hand at their ideal stage of ripeness and bottled in 20 kg boxes. In the winery, the grapes are carefully selected, destemmed and gently pressed before being decanted for 48 hours at cool temperatures become. Fermentation takes place for 2 weeks at one controlled temperature of 14°C. A lemon green color, a floral and fruity aroma, with citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit, lime and a hint of pear characterize this great white wine. The finish reveals its bright and persistent freshness.
