Lapa dos Reis Espumante Rose Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine from the Terras de Sicó region.Lapa dos Reis Reserva do Branco is a Portuguese white wine from the Terras de Sicó region. The fermentation begins with a thermal shock at 10°C, with the tears being separated after about 48 hours. Afterwards, a cold fermentation starts at 14°C for 14 days. The wine ages in French oak barrels for 3 months to develop its character. The elegant mouthfeel and the liveliness of the natural acidity gives it a lasting freshness.
