• Description : We grow a specific variety of barley, in association with peas. At harvest, we separate the two seeds then lightly “polish” the barley to remove its husk. Some leftover split peas may end up in the product, this is not a fault because they have the same cooking time. Pearl barley is eaten as an accompaniment (with meat, fish or vegetables), in gratin, in soup. It will also be enjoyed cold in salads. • Product information: Lined kraft bag with a capacity of 500 g.
