To make this pasta, we use flours from ancient cereals grown on the farm in organic farming (Emmer, Large Spelled, Small Spelled) and ground by us on a stone mill. The quality of the raw materials and the traditional manufacturing method (bronze lines) give our pasta incomparable flavor and nutritional qualities. Preparation: Cooking 6 min. in a large volume of lightly salted boiling water. Inspired by Italian Sterlines, our supplettes are perfect with vegetables, tomato-based sauces and cream or cheese-based sauces.
