Organic farelles 1.5 Kg.

To make this pasta, we use flours from ancient cereals grown on the farm in organic farming (Emmer, Large Spelled, Small Spelled) and ground by us on a stone mill. The quality of the raw materials and the traditional manufacturing method (bronze lines) give our pasta incomparable flavor and nutritional qualities. Preparation: Cooking 6 min. in a large volume of lightly salted boiling water. Inspired by Italian casarecce, our Farelles are perfect with vegetables, tomato-based sauces and cream or cheese-based sauces.
