Cereal specialty with organic semi-wholemeal flours. The mixture of ancient cereals (einkorn, emmer, einkorn) replaces durum wheat. Traditional manufacturing with bronze dies and slow drying (12 hours), at low temperature (45°C max.). Cultivation and all grain processing operations are carried out by us on the farm. We can guarantee traceability from the field to the bag.
