Essential winter pasta, organic crozets C.Q.f.D. are primarily eaten as a gratin, as in the famous Savoyard specialty, croziflette. Just like our entire range of pasta, organic crozets are made in our workshop near Meaux from organic durum wheat semolina grown in Île-de-France. Buckwheat, like durum wheat, is of course 100% from the Ile-de-France region and will bring an original taste to your dishes. All pastas C.Q.f.D. are dried slowly and at low temperature to retain the authentic flavor of durum wheat and buckwheat, as well as all their nutrients, and ensure good digestibility. They are also drawn in bronze, which gives them this rough texture which allows them to retain the sauce for even greater deliciousness.
