Essential Granola

I (re)discovered oats in 2016 following prescriptions from my doctor (2 books on the microbiota) following an attack of eczema (which has since disappeared). As I am a farmer (in Liocourt 57 for several generations) associated with an organic cereal farm where we produce oats and other seeds; we looked for a recipe for something tastier than a simple oatmeal. Thus, we created our first granola, the Essential, which is: - A mixture of oats and Lorraine honey (local) - Organic - Without sugar, salt, fat, additive - Gluten free Besides, he's good. As a result, at the request of our customers, we have developed several variants.
