Our artisanal cannery invites you to discover squid cooked in shellfish sauce. This recipe is made with squid, potatoes, mushrooms and carrots. Its shellfish sauce is made with crabs, fish, tomato paste, onions, carrots, white wine, crème fraîche, olive oil, cognac, chicken stock, various aromatic plants, spices... Our preparation tips: Heat gently in a saucepan without letting it boil. Serve with potatoes, rice or fresh pasta. Squid caught in the Pacific Ocean.
