Its shellfish sauce is made with crabs, fish, tomato paste, onions, carrots, white wine, crème fraîche, olive oil, cognac, chicken stock, various aromatic plants, spices... Our preparation tips: Heat gently in a saucepan without letting it boil. Serve with potatoes, rice or fresh pasta. Squid caught in the Pacific Ocean.
