FiberPasta Sedani with low glycemic index and high fiber content, 250g

FiberPasta pasta has a low glycemic index (certified glycemic index 23) and a very high fiber content (15g x 100g), about double that of wholemeal pasta, while preserving the good flavor of traditional pasta. It has a low nickel content (0.071 mg/kg) and is produced with 100% Italian wheat selected from the best durum wheat semolina of the Marche region. In 2001, FiberPasta obtained the Decree of the Ministry of Health as a suitable food for diabetics. Thanks to the high fiber content which allows for a lower fat and sugar absorption (allowing for a lower calorie intake), FiberPasta is recommended by dieticians and nutritionists in diabetic diets, for weight and cholesterol control and as an aid to regularize the intestine. FiberPasta is also recommended in sports, thanks to the slow release of carbohydrates which maintains energy for a prolonged time.
