HAVU pull-up bar

HAVU pull-up bar is a multifunctional tool for toning and strengthening upper body muscles. When set up on a door frame, it can be used for chin-ups and pull-ups. On the floor HAVU can be used for dips, push-ups, ab exercises and even back stretches. HAVU pull-up bar doesn’t have to be permanently installed on the door frame, so it can be used for both of its functions whenever needed. This also means it won’t damage the door frames and it won’t be in the way when closing the door. The ends of the stainless-steel bar are also covered with natural rubber sleeves to protect the door frame and walls next to it. The frame of the pull-up bar is made of sustainably sourced birch plywood. It contains 3 slots for the stainless steel bar so the pull-up bar can be adjusted for most wall thicknesses (9–18 cm). The pull-up bar is suitable for door frames, that are between 60–93 cm in width. The carved neutral-grip handles have a diameter of 30 mm for comfort. For more detailed measurements check out “Dimensions”. HAVU pull-up bar is currently available in a birch color option. HAVU pull-up in bars are designed and made in Finland. Use the HAVU pull-up bar only on door frames where the top door trim is either on top of the vertical trims or where the frames are miter cut. Do not use the pull-up bar on door frames where the top door trim is between the vertical trims unless you can be sure that the horizontal trim is safely secured, and its load capacity has been checked.
