For her beggars, Sandrine opted for original dried fruits: - physalis, - dried pineapple, - cranberry, - pumpkin seeds, - Goji berries. The latter in fact present less risk of allergies than the nuts generally used for this type of treat. Another particularity: the beggars here are pretty casts in organic milk chocolate from Peru with 40% cocoa (animals, fan, sun, moon, Greek goddesses...),which naturally gives them a much more chic design.
