Gluten-free chestnut shortbread + 70% dark chocolate

These are Flagrant Délice's 'signature' biscuits: shortbreads hand-shaped into chestnuts, and partially coated in 70% cocoa dark chocolate from Peru. The production of these shortbreads being completely artisanal, you can find small and large chestnuts, thicker or rounder chestnuts in the same bag... like in nature! Chestnut flour gives a little “hazelnut” taste to these shortbreads. No flour containing gluten is used in the workshop.
