ORGANIC Cookies with Chestnut Flour and Hazelnuts

The scent of roasted hazelnuts and chestnut flour come together naturally in this cookie with autumnal flavors. A cookie that tastes like a walk in the forest! Made by creaming, cookies are particularly crumbly. The little extra? We use T80 flour and unrefined sugar for more minerals. A 100% crunchy organic recipe made by craftsmen in Ardèche! At Minute Papillon no preservatives, no colorings and even less GMOs! We work with raw materials and obviously favor ingredients from French organic agricultural sectors.
