Welcome to Minute Papillon Biscuiterie!
We are a family micro-biscuit shop, created in 2020 in the charming village of Ribes, in southern Ardèche. Working as a couple, we traded in our lives as restaurateurs to devote ourselves to our passion: creating artisanal biscuits. Sir, a trained cook and pastry chef, puts all his know-how into creating tasty recipes that will delight your taste buds.
Our name, Minute Papillon, evokes the concept of "Carpe Diem", which reminds us of the importance of savoring every moment and sharing moments of conviviality around our biscuits. Whether for an aperitif with friends or a snack with family, our creations are a real break to share.
We firmly believe in the values of epicureanism, gluttony and craftsmanship. All our products are organic, because we want to offer the best to our customers while respecting our beautiful planet. We work in a laboratory that strictly complies with hygiene and food safety standards, in order to guarantee the quality of our biscuits.
Our range includes recipes for savory biscuits for aperitifs and sweet treats for snacks. And to start the day off right, we have developed a range of granola, rich in fibre and a source of protein, a real breakfast hero!
At Minute Papillon there are no preservatives, no colorings and even fewer GMOs! We favor local raw materials whenever possible, because we believe in the importance of supporting our agriculture. Our packaging is designed to protect our products from light and humidity, in order to preserve their freshness and taste.
