La Jolie Tarte is a unique recipe for caramel tart with Guérande fleur de sel that keeps for 6 weeks at room temperature. Recipe awarded a Golden Snacking in 2023.
Our secret ? A pure butter paste combined with a creamy caramel made in our workshop in Guérande.
We also make pure butter shortbread cookies available in 3 flavors: fleur de sel, chocolate chips, buckwheat and caramel chips.
Convinced that France is rich in beautiful agricultural lands, we favor French raw materials such as fleur de sel from Guérande, beet sugar, cream from our cows... And because we want to have the most natural product possible, we do not add any preservatives, colorings or artificial flavors!
For even more pleasure, we have created new recipes combining caramel with other ingredients: nuts, chocolate, vanilla, etc. Packaged in individual bags and easy to transport, our tarts are ideal for a snack or dessert!
Our tasting advice: place in the refrigerator before tasting or in the oven for a few minutes then serve with a scoop of ice cream.
