Maison MERCIER is a family business whose expertise dates back to 1912. Four generations have taken turns over time to ensure the proper transmission of skills and recipes. Today it is Julien MERCIER's turn, 31 years old, to take over. We manufacture premium chocolates, biscuits, macarons, ice creams and jams. Our flagship product is a chocolate camembert filled with crispy praline. Our top priority is the choice of our ingredients.That's why we have our own beehives as well as a pilot cocoa plantation in Mexico
