Xocolatl in a nutshell:

Corentin, our chocolatier:
I start my career with a pastry CAP then I choose to study chocolate
with a CAP chocolatier, then to perfect myself in BTM pastry.
I have always had this desire to embark on the adventure of business creation, and
it was while visiting a chocolate fair that I discovered the Bean to Bar concept and that
germinates the idea of Xocolatl.
Later, during a trip to Costa Rica, I discovered the cultivation of cocoa and the work of
producers. I realize the importance of valuing their work and I come back
more motivated than ever to create Xocolatl.

What is Bean to Bar?
A classic chocolatier buys his chocolate already processed and only has to mold it into
tablet or candy.
The Bean to Bar chocolatier buys cocoa beans, and it is he who will ensure the
transforming cocoa beans into chocolate, then molding its tablets and candies.

Origin of our beans:
We buy our cocoa beans directly and exclusively from a producer in
Costa Rica.
We only use trinitario beans, without mixing, in order to guarantee a
high quality chocolate.
Our beans are then transported directly to our laboratory in Brittany near
of Rennes in order to be roasted and transformed into chocolate under the supervision of
Corentin, our chocolatier.

Our ingredients:
We have selected the best ingredients for our chocolates in order to guarantee
quality products.
Notably ; hazelnuts from Italy, vanilla from Madagascar, pistachios from Iran, walnuts
from Périgord, almonds from California.
