Self-taught passionate about cooking and baking, it is in 2019 that we are launching "L'Atelier Ohayo" with Caroline to share these little sweet treats created with the family for all of you.
From this momentum, our range of Caramels has grown, later joined by comforting Marshmallows, fruit jellies full of taste and original homemade Nougats. Gourmet and poetic caramels that do not stick to your teeth!
It is a subtle meeting between Caramel and Chocolate that has allowed us to create authentic artisanal confectionery and allows us to decline them in multiple flavors for your greatest pleasure: Pralin, Coffee, Pink Praline or our latest creation in Matcha Green Tea.
