Self-taught passionate about cooking and baking, it is in 2019 that we launch with Caroline "L'Atelier Ohayo" in order to share these little sweet treats created as a family for all of you.
From this momentum, our range of Caramels grew, subsequently joined by comforting Marshmallows, fruit jellies full of flavor and original homemade Nougats. Gourmet and poetic caramels that don't stick to your teeth!
It is a subtle meeting between Caramel and Chocolate which has allowed us to create authentic artisanal confectionery and allowing us to offer them in multiple flavors for your greatest pleasure: Pralin, Coffee, Pink Praline or even our latest creation at Matcha Green Tea.
