To guarantee the impeccable quality of our confectionery, our Ankorstore shop is temporarily closed during the heatwave. Our recipes, and especially our chocolate creations, are sensitive to high temperatures. We prefer to temporarily suspend shipments rather than risk our products arriving in a condition that does not meet our requirements.

Our Story:
Atelier OhAyO is a family venture that Étienne and Caroline created together in 2019, with a shared ambition: to offer sincere, generous, and creative artisanal confectionery.
Since our beginnings, we have imagined, manufactured and developed our recipes in our workshop in Chalamont, favouring small series productions and genuine artisanal know-how.
Our company has grown while retaining its family spirit. Today, Étienne's mother is part of the adventure on a daily basis and, during periods of high activity, Caroline's mother also comes to strengthen our team. This human-scale operation allows us to preserve the quality of our products and to take the greatest care with each order.
Over the years, we have built a range around our specialties:
• Soft caramels
• Soft marshmallows
• Handcrafted pink pralines
Driven by a desire to surprise, we also develop new creations every year. This is how our signature specialties came about: Gui’Fruit, Cara’Mauve and Prali’Mauve, which reflect our desire to combine indulgence, originality and know-how.
We place as much importance on the recipes as on their presentation. That is why we also design elegant and attractive packaging, designed to enhance the products in stores and offer our retailers a differentiated range.
Our goal is simple: to offer fine food shops, concept stores and gourmet boutiques high-quality artisanal confectionery, made with passion and designed to appeal as much by their taste as by their presentation.
