Maison Mercier is a family business whose know-how dates back to 1912. 4 generations have taken turns over time to guarantee the proper transmission of skills and recipes. Today it is the turn of Julien Mercier, 31, to take over. We make premium chocolates, biscuits, macaroons, ice creams and jams. Our flagship product is a chocolate camembert filled with crispy praline. Our first priority is the choice of our ingredients. This is why we have our own beehives as well as a pilot cocoa plantation in Mexico
