Valter Bovetti, artisan chocolatier and explorer of new lands and flavors, lives in his workshop in Terrasson Lavilledieu (24) a lasting and 100% cocoa passion that gives rise to delicacies enjoyed in nearly 40 countries around the world.
Behind his success lies a passionate work and a unique fantasy: Valter Bovetti likes to play with his raw materials, to combine cocoa and more "local" products: Périgord walnuts, Guérande salt, Espelette pepper, Piedmont hazelnuts...
Valter's taste revolution is in perpetual motion. It is not for nothing that today he intends to take on a new challenge: to make people eat chocolate from aperitif to dessert!
Motivated by a shared passion for chocolate, the Bovetti team has worked tirelessly since 1994 to spread the delicacy into our homes. HAS Today, all of the creations are designed and made in our manufacturing workshops located in Terrasson-Lavilledieu, in Dordogne.
