Convinced that margins arise from the transformation of a raw material, we invented and designed the first industrial solar cocoa roasters in Brittany. 6 meter high machines equipped with an oven that heats using the heat of the sun captured by large moving mirrors.
Robust, fully automated machines, economically affordable and 100% ecological.
Thanks to them, producers will roast the beans on site, in the cocoa fields, when this operation was previously the responsibility of chocolate multinationals.
This short circuit makes it possible to multiply by two to three the remuneration received by farmers in cocoa growing areas!
With this freshly roasted cocoa that we buy directly from producers, we make our chocolate in our first production workshop in Morlaix (29, Brittany).
Thanks to its sales, we are continuing to design solar roasters and install them in cocoa growing areas.
Thus was born Sunshine Chocolat, the brand of a new solar and solidarity chocolate which fulfills a dream of humanity, technology and ecology.
A 100% organic brand intended for eco-responsible consumers, but also and above all for all foodies!
