Thanks to them, producers will roast the beans on site, in the cocoa fields, when this operation was previously the responsibility of chocolate multinationals.
This short circuit makes it possible to multiply by two to three the remuneration received by farmers in cocoa growing areas!
With this freshly roasted cocoa that we buy directly from producers, we make our chocolate in our first production workshop in Morlaix (29, Brittany).
Thanks to its sales, we are continuing to design solar roasters and install them in cocoa growing areas.
Thus was born Sunshine Chocolat, the brand of a new solar and solidarity chocolate which fulfills a dream of humanity, technology and ecology.
