Carrés de Choc is the story of Florence, painter and Frédéric Chocolatier of his profession!

Florence lends her imagination to dress our chocolate bars with watercolors that evoke Parisian Gaîté, and Frédéric his chocolate expertise to develop gourmet and original recipes.

How are we different?   Our 70% Dark chocolate bar with salted butter caramel crystals is made with Normandy butter and a touch of Guérande fleur de sel, while our 70% Yellow Lemon Crystals Black bar is made from essential oil of Yellow Lemon crystallized with agave powder and which offers a tasting experience in 2 stages: The intensity of the chocolate then the strength of the yellow lemon which infuses the palate and brings a length of taste in the mouth.   Each recipe has therefore been developed with the greatest care in our small workshop in Versailles.

Our chocolates are made in Ile de France, 10km from Paris and labeled Organic and Fairtrade.   We use lightweight cases, without aluminum or excess packaging and our chocolate factory is powered by green and renewable energies.
