Created in 2008, the biscuit, chocolate and confectionery shop located in Garidech (31), has continued to grow and is now writing a new chapter...
2023 is marked by change within the biscuit factory. After 17 years of passion and indulgence, Martine and Gérard pass on their recipes and know-how to Marine. From September, she will have the pleasure of sharing your delicacies, your favorite flavors and highlighting local products from our Occitanie region.
We are committed to continuing to satisfy you and meet your expectations in terms of taste and quality. We always work with local products, including our flour, eggs and honey, and continue our search for improvement on a daily basis.
We are convinced that there is no pleasure without sharing and that quality is based on seasonal, local and responsible raw materials.
If we add to this the importance of know-how and the finesse of the gesture, the one which forms each cake, one by one, in our workshop in Escalquens, south of Toulouse, we thus obtain unique biscuits, all different. They are sometimes more golden, sometimes more caramelized, sometimes softer and sometimes more crunchy...All you have to do is pick the one that catches your eye from the pack, it's sure to be a treat!
