A traditional family business created in 1967. La Biscuiterie du Quercy produces its specialties according to traditional recipes without additives or preservatives. The rolled waffle and old-fashioned meringue remain the trademark of the Biscuiterie. Crisps are the "latest born" in the range with a very wide range of flavors: Blueberry, Lemon, Raspberry, Caramel, Pistachio... A large part of its products are also offered in chocolate.
