Since 1911, Callebaut has been recognized for its exceptional chocolate recipes, created with passion from generation to generation. Founded by Octaaf Callebaut, grandson of a brewer, the Belgian brand quickly conquered the palates of chocolate lovers thanks to its unique taste and superior quality. Since then, Callebaut has established itself as one of the world leaders in the production of quality chocolate. 

Their objectives are to offer chefs and chocolate enthusiasts great chocolate of exceptional quality and to support them in their creation of wonderful chocolate delights. Barry Callebaut offers a wide range of couverture chocolates in chips, drops or buttons, suitable for all culinary applications. For every pack of Belgian Finest chocolate purchased, Callebaut reinvests a portion in sustainable cocoa farming through the Cocoa Horizons Foundation. They also set up the Growing Great Chocolate program, which supports West African farmers by reinvesting part of the proceeds for sustainable cocoa cultivation and for community programs in production regions.
