Lafrenchi is a range of spreads and caramels made in the purest pastry tradition, from carefully selected ingredients.
Created by Julie, a pastry chef trained at the Ferrandi school, our recipes immerse you in a world of indulgence.
Chocolate spreads are made with at least 40% nuts, good chocolate (and not cocoa powder!)and contain absolutely NO oil. They are made from an old-fashioned praline that we offer with several nuts: hazelnuts, peanuts or pecans.
Spreadable caramels are made from butter, whole cream and French sugar.
Our recipes are available in several formats:
- 250g jars (retail)
- 100g or 35g jars (box or gift set)
- 2kg buckets (restaurant format)
All our products contain no added preservatives or flavors and are made in France.
