Buenut’s was born out of a lack, almost an injustice. Seeing my nephew, allergic to gluten, deprived of a pleasure as simple as a hazelnut spread toast, struck me. What is commonplace for some is a dream for others.
Together with my childhood friend Ali, who comes from the land where the best hazelnuts in Türkiye are grown, we decided to change this reality. We have created a smooth, natural and, above all, gluten-free paste. A dough that gives every child back the right to a snack.
