Maison TB is a brand of salted butter caramels with mushrooms. Morel, Truffle, Trumpets of Death, Chanterelle or Cep, each caramel has a unique character. They make a perfect accompaniment for cheese, foie gras, delicious on simple toast and add a touch of fantasy to desserts such as a poached pear, a crepe or French toast. The ingredients used to make the products are of quality, the cream, butter and sugar come from organic farming, the fleur de sel comes from Guérande.
The Idea. Formerly the pastry chef of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Brussels, the idea of a dessert based on Girolle caramel was born one morning when there was a lack of inspiration. Initially a simple lunch menu dessert, this dessert became so popular that it ended up on the menu. A year later I stopped catering to launch Maison TB and introduce this combination that is as surprising as it is delicious.
