After several years in the restaurant business, we realized something:
Our customers were enjoying homemade dishes, local cheese platters, and exceptional wines... but the perfect pairing to enhance them was always missing.
No jams, no chutneys, no original jellies...
Reason Why?
Because jam is still too often confined to grandmother's recipes.
So we decided to shake things up and create the least conventional of jams.

And everything is cooked by hand, in small batches, in our Alsatian workshop. This is evidenced by the two labels that you will find on our products: Artisan and Alsace cœur.
