We are Matthew and Tim.
We both worked in the restaurant industry and realized something:
We offered our customers homemade foie gras, platters of local cheeses, and exceptional wines, but we couldn't find any original recipes to enhance them:
no jams, no chutneys, no jellies.
The reason is simple: jam is a grandmother's thing.
So we decided to take this product out of our grandmothers' kitchens (we love you, we don't blame you 🤍) in order to offer the least wise of jams.
Roasted, macerated, flambéed... We cook unique, less sweet and locally sourced recipes to enhance your brunches, breakfasts and aperitifs. Everything is handcrafted in our Alsatian workshop.
What more could you possibly ask for?
A traditional, French preparation!
Maison Lasauvage offers you recipes cooked in small batches, made in our workshop by our Master Jam Maker. So come (re)discover the taste of good things and let yourself be transported by our creations.
