There are smells that you never forget.
The ones that came out of my mother's kitchen were among those perfumes. A blend of toasted cumin, hot paprika, fresh coriander. and love. For us, cooking was not just about recipes, but about connections, transmission, generosity.
For over 40 years, my mother Ghita, a passionate chef, perfected the art of Moroccan cuisine in her family restaurant. I was lucky enough to grow up in this world of authentic flavors, where each dish told a story. HAS At the age of 11, I discovered my own passion for cooking, inspired by its know-how and recipes passed down from generation to generation.
But for a long time, I kept it all to myself.
Until the day I understood that this treasure should no longer remain within four walls.
I decided to make it an adventure. A real one. With ups, downs, sleepless nights, doubts... but above all, an unshakeable desire: to share what was most precious to me.
This is how Képices was born.
