Maison Marelia is an independent artisan house, founded in the Arcachon Basin.
We create refined jams, fruit vinegars and original mustards, cooked by hand in small cauldrons, from seasonal fruits, rare spices and wines from the Southwest.
Our world combines taste, elegance and local roots.
Each recipe tells a sensory story, inspired by tides, fire and memories.
The history of Maison Marelia:
In 2014, Delphine decided to create Maison Marelia and settle in the small idyllic town of Andernos-les-bains, a town nestled in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, known for its pretty colorful cabins, its sweet and milky oysters, the wealth of mother nature and the vagaries of the tides.
A true cooking enthusiast and lover of spices, Delphine offers you jams and fruit-based preparations, which she concocts while fondly remembering her warm and colorful childhood memories, the time she spent with her grandmother. , whom she affectionately nicknamed “Marélia”.
She does not hesitate to handle the culinary art by combining both savory and sweet flavors to awaken your senses.
