Our company, based in Pernes-les-Fontaines, produces artisanal syrups made from fruits and plants grown in Provence, with no added coloring, preservatives, or flavorings: nothing but the authentic taste of fruits and plants. We use fresh fruit from local producers (Carpentras, Monteux, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Sault), from which we carefully extract the juice. Each batch is adjusted in sugar according to the natural content of the fruit, to add only the quantity necessary for the name “syrup”, as well as a touch of lemon juice for natural preservation.
This method allows for the creation of syrups with a minimalist ingredient list (2 to 4 ingredients), offering a product that goes far beyond a simple drink. Our syrups enhance both desserts and sweet and savory dishes, while highlighting the products of Provence.
We are lucky to live and have grown up in Provence, where we find magnificent villages full of color, surrounded by lavender fields, apricot orchards and even strawberry fields.
It was therefore natural that the idea came to work with all these beautiful products that have surrounded us since our childhood. And thus allow you to find all of Provence in our syrups.

This is the spirit in which we work: finding producers as close as possible to our workshops to favor local products.
This approach allows us to both promote local products and support the local economy, while limiting the carbon footprint.
