Since 1984, our artisanal biscuit factory has perpetuated a unique know-how passed down by a team of truly passionate biscuit makers. Each recipe is developed in Six-Fours-les-Plages, with local and French ingredients: flours from regional mills, delicate aromas from the Grasse region, carefully chosen raw materials.
Because we believe in healthy and authentic indulgence, all our biscuits are made without preservatives or palm oil, respecting family traditions.
Our catalogue reflects this history and our desire to reinvent ourselves: crispy tiles, soft macarons, light meringues, golden madeleines, individually wrapped biscuits… so many creations that appeal to both individuals in search of pleasure and professionals (delicatessens, wine merchants, resellers) wishing to offer an artisanal and local range.

Recently taken over by Romain PALAZZI to write a new chapter in its history, the workshop has been set up in Six-Fours-les-Plages. True to our artisanal and family roots, we perpetuate this unique know-how while developing new ranges and flavors to appeal to individuals and professionals alike.
