If you help me, thanks to you, my farm will not be part of the 50% of farms not taken over within 10 years. Because in 2016, I decided to take over the farm to practice nuciculture: it is the production of nuts and this for the fourth consecutive generation.
Today, I believe, the consumer has been left to think that producing costs and is worth nothing! No, and quite the opposite.
Consumers do not pay their fair value for the products they consume and to respond to this social and societal inequality, a redistributive system, in which we all participate, has been put in place: The CAP without which 1 out of 2 farms would not survive not.
On the other hand, we producers, we do not pay for all the energy we consume (mainly solar for our plants) and we are also dependent, like the vast majority, on fossil fuels, especially for the production of inputs such as fertilizers; and the news reminds us of this fragility every day.
This system is no longer sustainable! And it is necessary that the sustainability, towards which we want to strive, includes you: buyers, consumers but also me: a producer who wishes to live with dignity from my profession!

After a doctorate in plant biology, I am currently a microbiologist in a start-up specializing in physical disinfection systems, used as an alternative to chemistry. And today, my farm remains alive because my parents are volunteers there and I spend part of my free time there. But the survival and conservation of this heritage is not my project for the future. The life and development of my Company must go through a better promotion of my products.

Also, I offer you a new culinary experience! After the plain kernels that I invite you to taste, I submit to you my 3 recipes for salted nuts that I am the only one on the market to offer under the Noix de Pépé brand.

My Grandpa nuts are:
- gourmet, of good organoleptic quality, thanks to the work of a fresh product, always linked to the last harvest
- a health asset: because they are rich in omega 3, without preservatives, without additives... to meet the expectations of consumers who no longer want ultra-processed and ultra-added products
- Ecological: because produced locally with old varieties, with a much better carbon footprint than cashew nuts and other peanuts - produced on a farm recognized as having High Environmental Value and engaged in organic conversion for 2 years to ensure a sustainable future.

My product meets these 3 essential points (taste, health, ecological). To stand out from the competition and reach a broad target, I position myself on the aperitif and healthy snacks...
