The company Le Floch Boulanger Pâtissier is a 100% Breton family business whose production workshop and headquarters are located in Vannes (56), a stone's throw from the Gulf of Morbihan.  
It was created in 2011 following the acquisition of Pâtisserie de l'Odet.

Our team is made up of 12 professionals including professional bakers and pastry chefs for the manufacturing part.

Using traditional know-how, we manufacture a wide range of food products typical of our beautiful Brittany: pure butter Breton brioches and pastries as tradition dictates. We sell nearly 40 sweet products:

Brioches:
We assemble high-quality raw materials such as flour, butter, eggs, and PGI Guérande salt in our Vannes workshop. The balls and braids are shaped by hand. All the buns are still scored (scarified) and browned by hand.

The cakes:
They are also assembled in our Vannes workshop, using the same high-quality raw materials. We make all the classic Breton pastries: kouign amann to share, in individual portions or in mini format, pure butter or filled Breton cakes (salted butter caramel, prune, raspberry) to share or in mini format, pancakes, pound cakes and pure butter madeleines.Other specialities complete our offer: mini bouchons, Brittany cakes, etc.
