La Biscuiterie les Gavroche is located in Paris in the 20th and 18th arrondissements for manufacturing.
Flour, eggs, butter, just the right amount of sugar, natural flavors and a lot of know-how are the secrets of our recipes.
We are very careful in the selection of ingredients, we do not use any oil, we do not add any coloring or preservatives or flavor enhancers in our biscuits.
Where possible, we only use raw materials and packaging of French origin in order to limit the carbon impact and revitalize the local economy.
Our flour comes from the mills of Versailles, our butter is made in Normandy, all the cheeses we use are French and AOP, the cocoa comes from Ile de France (78), our bags are made in Auvergne, the labels, printed in France...
